According to the investigation, on June 13, 2023, at around 06:05, the occupiers, using methods of warfare prohibited by international law, fired artillery at the town of Bilopol', Sumy region.

As a result, the building of the boarding house was destroyed, in particular, the windows, walls and roof were cut by debris. 127 pupils were left homeless.

Prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement officers, document the consequences of the shootings. The pre-trial investigation is carried out by investigators of the Office of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Sumy region.
