The rescuers provided assistance to the wards of one of the psycho-neurological institutions, which was hit by an enemy airstrike.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, in the evening of April 15, the rescuers received a message that as a result of an enemy airstrike, inflicted on one of the populated areas of the Shostkinsky district, the building of the psycho-neurological institution suffered significant damage.
Rescuers immediately arrived at the scene and began search operations. No people were found under the rubble.
Measures were taken to evacuate the wards of this institution. More than a hundred people who could move on their own were put on buses by the rescuers together with the institution's staff and transported to a safer place.
