The institution is located 25 km north of Zaporozhye, west of the Zaporozhye-Dnepropetrovsk highway, not far from the village of Veseloe, in the small village of Uritskoye.

The institution is designed for 325 people - women over the age of 18 with psycho-neurological disorders, mental retardation, malformations, mental disorders, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, etc.

Near the institution there are several two-story apartment buildings in which the staff lives.

The institution has its own subsidiary plot, a greenhouse, and two pond with carps. In the institution there is a large assembly hall with karaoke, in many wards there are modern TVs bought at the expense of people' pensions, a cozy dining room, and a medical unit. The patients are cared for by two doctors and sixty nurses.

The director of the institution plans to recreate a small chapel-church and open an apartment where five people could undergo social adaptation and learn to live independently. Also, it is planned to create sewing workshops, continue to develop greenhouses and farms.

- creative and sports development of the wards (singing, drawing, crafts, sports);

- organization of tourist events;

- assistance in returning to an independent life in society (for those whose diagnosis allows);

- renovation of a three-room apartment in a service building, in which five of the most adequate young people will be able to live almost independently. The girls will be able to cook their own food, clean the house, wash clothes, while at the same time participating in general institution events, working in workshops and in the subsidiary farm.
